Thoroughly enjoyed this book. It only took a few sittings, which is strange for me as I normally lose interest/concentration!
We are Peter James fans and as a first go it came close. I didn't see the point as others have said of changing the names if areas and roads, other than that it was a good romp. Look forward to the next one.

Another Charlie Stone page-turner! The best of the three so far in my opinion - all the action, plot twists and thrills we’ve come to expect plus a psychological edge that gives Two Wolves added depth and soul.

Fantastic read, really enjoyed it and loved how I could picture the locations as live in the town it was based on, can't wait to read the next book
5.0 out of 5 stars Superb debut novel

This is a great read and captures the imagination from start to finish. The characters are relatable and the plot is superb too, with segments in it that you simply couldn't predict. You can also see that the main character Detective Sergeant Charlie Stone has been well researched and created purposely so that anyone could relate to him and understand his plight. The attention to detail in the book is superb too and the author really gives you a feel of what Folkestone is like also. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone, particular people that are into their crime novels. If this is also the authors debut novel, then I'm excited to see what else he has in store in the near future.

I chose this rating as i knew what I was reading was mainly to do with mental health, Charlie I can understand him, going through rough patches, with his ex and not seeing his daughter and then to top that off having a friend who wasn't there but only Charlie knew him. Trevor Twohig got it in one.
